A pre-release announcement of Oracle will be published on the Thursday preceding each Critical Patch Update release. On 18th April 2023, the Pre-Release Announcement said that Critical Patch Update contains 7 new security patches for Oracle Blockchain Platform. 5 of these vulnerabilities may be remotely exploitable without authentication, i.e., may be exploited over a network without requiring user credentials.
